# ZAIGOOD

> AI agents that watch a company's compliance calendar and help with incorporation, annual reports, franchise tax and registered-agent filings. Signup is a waitlist with a $1 deposit through Stripe, refundable on request: write to "refunds" at the zaigood.com domain.

An agent can sign up on behalf of a person or company with one HTTP call. No API key.

`email` is optional. If you send it, Stripe Checkout is prefilled with it; if not, Checkout asks for it.

Open `checkout_url` and pay $1.00 USD with a card, or hand the link to your human. The link expires at `expires_at` (Unix seconds, 24 hours after creation). After payment Stripe redirects to https://zaigood.com/thanks. The merchant of record is Talk and Comment LLC; the card statement reads "TALK&COMME* ZAIGOOD".

## Check payment

`paid` is true once the $1 has been charged. The signup is complete at that point.

## Errors

- 400: the email is malformed, or the body is not JSON.
- 404: unknown session id.
- 502: Stripe did not answer; retry later.
- 503: deposits are not configured on this deployment.
